This year, the Jumpman Label will release a new version of the Air Jordan 11, which has drawn comparisons to DC’s infamous villain, The Joker, thanks to its Black, Barely Volt, and Dark Raisin colour scheme. Though it would be the first time for the adored AJ11 model to wear this particular blend of colours, Nike and the Jordan brand have previously dressed up their sneakers in green and purple to resemble the character’s signature look- just look to the Kobe 5 ‘Joker’ from 2009 and the ‘Joker’ Air Jordan 1s released in 2013 as examples.
Although the specifics are still unknown, House of Heat envisions the design as having sleek black uppers, eye-catching green outsoles, and purple accents on the branding, all of which are influenced by the sneaker’s confirmed colour palette.
