In 2025, Jordan Brand is prepared to transport us to the heyday of sneaker culture with a lengthy list of nostalgic releases. Joining coveted classics like the Bred 1s, Ferrari 14s, and Flu Game 12s is the highly anticipated return of the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi”.

A Closer Look At The Air Jordan 12 “Taxi”
The design will return with its chic white leather upper featuring black accents on the mudguard, outsole, and heel. You can also expect the same distinctive yellow accents on the carbon fibre shank plate and heel tabs, as well as the signature gold lace eyelets.
Other noteworthy details include the striking “23” jersey number on the heel, the Jumpman logo in red on the heel tabs and again on the outsole, and a black Jumpman logo on the tongue to finish the look.
What We Like About The Sneakers
Most diehard sneakerheads will be pleased to hear that this AJ12 colourway, which Michael Jordan wore during the 1996–1997 NBA season, is making a comeback next year. But even if you never had the nostalgic connection to the “Taxi” design, it’s hard to argue against a sneaker covered primarily in black and white hues, especially one with pops of yellow ‘Taxi’ accents to bring a splash of colour.
Release Details
This nostalgic drop will be available in full family sizing in the Fall/Winter season of 2025. Men’s sizes will be accessible through Nike.com and at select retailers for a retail price of $215 USD.
