Big movie releases often stir up creative juices in the sneaker world. Not too long ago, the Deadpool & Wolverine movie spurred an influx of customs, concepts, and even official sneakers, honouring the film’s main heroes. But the folks at Sneaker Fortress are now looking ahead to 2025 with their latest concept design, an Air Jordan 11 inspired by Tron.

A Closer Look at the Sneaker
This design pays homage to the highly anticipated sequel in the Tron series, Tron: Ares, starring Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto.
The sneakers feature a shiny black patent leather mudguard, echoing the sleek suits worn by characters in the cybernetic universe, combined with a soft black suede tongue. These deep hues are complemented by a light grey upper that amplifies the shoe’s futuristic aesthetic.
However, the true highlight of this pair is the eye-catching red laces and lace tabs emblazoned with “Tron” lettering. The look is completed with a matching red midsole and a black outsole combo, seamlessly tying the whole design together.
What We Like About The Sneakers
This pair beautifully captures the futuristic aesthetic of Tron with its shiny patent leather mudguard and glow-in-the-dark elements. But even without the film nod, the striking red accents deliver a bold statement that would be equally celebrated on any standard AJ11 release.
