Another Jordan Brand institution to receive a stunning PE (Player Exclusive) colourway of the Air Jordan 4 this year is the esteemed Howard University. While all of this year’s college designs are inspired by the WNBA’s “First Class” AJ4 from last year (2024), the use of the university’s trademark colours makes all the difference here.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker
The Howard University PE stands out with its distinctive blend of indigo, white and red. The indigo blue uppers, white accents on the sole unit and laces, as well as the dash of red behind the tongue perfectly highlight the school’s signature palette.
However, as mentioned before, the sneaker has many design aspects taken from 2024’s WNBA AJ4. You have the same material selection, such as the heel plate, tongue, and toe cap made of textured stingray leather and plush suede on the rest of the upper, plus the gold branding accents. Not to forget the miniature diamonds and golden hangtags also added to the look.
What We Like About The Sneaker
Sure, the shoe’s design is similar to other college-exclusive pairs from this year, but the colour palette does elevate its appearance. It’s undoubtedly one of the more aesthetically pleasing PEs this year and perhaps even the most coveted.
Is The Howard University Air Jordan 4 PE Going To Be Available For Purchase?
Only Howard University players and personnel will be privileged to own this exclusive PE. So, like other AJ4 PEs this year, the colourway will not be made available to the public.
