Since their 1993 debut, the Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny”, more fondly referred to as the “Hare Jordans”, has carved its place as a beloved member of the Air Jordan lineup. Retro versions of this colourway were launched in 2003, 2008, and 2013, but it’s been a while since sneakerheads have been able to get their hands on a new variation. However, fans can look forward to a 2025 re-release, which promises to bring back the nostalgia of this iconic sneaker.

A Closer Look At The Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny”
The sneakers feature a predominantly white leather upper with black accents on the tongue, inner lining and midfoot strap. The heel and midsole feature striking red and grey patterning, while red, blue, and grey hues decorate the model’s fuzzy chenille tongue patches.
What We Like About The Sneakers
Given its association with the animated bunny and the fact that Michael Jordan wore it during the 1993 NBA Playoffs, the Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny” colourway has a lot of nostalgic appeal. However, even without the legendary past, the shoes’ striking white, black, red, and grey colour scheme makes them impossible to pass up.
Release Details
Full family sizes of this well-known AJ8 colourway will be released on November 15, 2025. Adult pairs will be available for $210 USD on Nike.com and in a few Jordan retail locations.
