To mark the 35th anniversary of the Jordan 5 model in 2025, Jordan Brand is bringing back the highly coveted AJ 5 “Tokyo T23”, a rare gem that was first unveiled in 2011 for Jordan Tokyo 23.

Reports suggest that this year will see two unique iterations of the striking Jordan 5 colourway. The first will feature the original Jumpman branding on the heel, while the second will introduce the legendary Nike Air branding for the first time. Both designs will share the same yellow nubuck uppers with grey touches, black accents, and other distinctive elements that make the “Tokyo T23” AJ5 a must-have for any sneaker enthusiast. These include embroidered Kanji logos on the side, yellow shark teeth on the white midsole, and translucent outsoles below.
