Jordan Brand is set to release another special edition Air Jordan 11 in the gorgeous “Bred Velvet” colourway for holiday 2024. You can catch a first glimpse of the upcoming pair below.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker
The upcoming Bred AJ11 iteration is exclusively for the ladies. The pair’s familiar black, white, and red colour scheme is still present, but velvet fabric is used on the model’s upper instead of mesh or patent leather. Of course, this is not our first time seeing an AJ11 covered in velvet. Women’s exclusive versions like 2022’s “Midnight Navy” have also featured this beautiful velvety look.
Finally, the iconic white midsole and Gym Red outsole complete the shoe’s look, while the Jumpman branding and logos are all finished in a complementary shade of red.
What We Like About The Sneakers
We have yet to find an Air Jordan 11 colourway with a velvet covering that we didn’t like, and this new “Bred Velvet” version is every bit as luxurious and plush as the ones that came before it. We are eagerly anticipating more velvet-covered AJ11s in the future.
Release Details
On November 11, 2024, the velvet-covered AJ11 will be available for purchase on Nike.com and at select Jordan retailers. This pair will be available in women’s sizes and retail for $230 USD per pair.
