The design features a ‘Sail’ leather base with ‘Black’ nubuck overlays on the toe and side Swooshes. The eyestays are then made of black cracked leather, while the collar area is done in a bright ‘Court Purple.’ The look not only represents the Charlotte Hornets but also pays homage to Michael Jordan’s legacy, a team he owned for thirteen years before selling his majority stake last year.
As a unique detail, Opium adds its signature stars around the toe area using “Blue Chill” thread. Additionally, the heel showcases an intricate and eye-catching pattern.
This sits atop a “Sail” midsole and a “Black” rubber outsole, perfectly tying together the shoe’s colour scheme.
