A Closer Look At The Sneaker
The custom design features a white tumbled leather base, dark black leather on Swooshes and forefoot overlays, and blue accents on the heel and ankle flap, reminiscent of Fragment’s 2014 Jordan 1 High design. Union La’s design touches, such as zig-zag stitching, yellow tags, and dual-toned laces, echo their 2018 Jordan 1 collaboration. However, Trottier and Louis added a distinctive etch pattern on the shoe’s lateral side instead of the Fragment Design logo.
What We Like About The Sneakers
Union La’s distinctive zig-zag stitching and dual-toned laces instantly improve the appearance of every colourway, including Fragment’s timeless black, white, and blue combo. However, the etch pattern on the lateral side of this custom adds a unique twist to the design that we’re unlikely to see on an official release.
