2025 marks the 35th anniversary of the iconic Air Jordan 5. Jordan Brand is rolling out a series of extraordinary releases to honour this special occasion, including the oh-so-promising Air Jordan 5 Retro “Earth”.

A Closer Look at the Air Jordan 5 Retro “Earth”
While specific colour-blocking details remain a mystery, the official palette listing fuses the understated tones of “Earth,” “Sail,” and “Muslin” with lavish “Metallic Gold.”
Anticipate a premium brown suede upper, accentuated by “Metallic Gold” highlights on the model’s signature shark tooth design at the lateral forefoot and on the side netting.
The Jumpman logo, a brand hallmark, will appear on the heel, sock liner, and padded tongue, along with a petite version of the model’s trademark lace lock.
The design is completed with a “Sail” midsole that includes the Visible Air unit in the heel and a semi-translucent “Muslin” rubber outsole, providing the perfect finishing touch.
What We Like About the Sneakers
Despite the images being only speculative at present, the neutral colour palette suggests a versatile and luxurious AJ5 design that’s sure to make a statement. We’re especially hopeful that the suede upper will remain a part of the final design.
Release Details
For now, the Air Jordan 5 “Earth” is scheduled for a Spring 2025 release. This women’s exclusive model will be available on Nike.com and at select Jordan Brand retailers, and its retail price is expected to be $200 USD. Stay tuned for more updates later in the year.
