Jordan Brand has plans to unveil a bright “Arctic Pink” Air Jordan 5 collaboration with Awake NY in August of this year. Those who appreciate the sneakers’ design features but aren’t too fond of the bubblegum pink colourway can still look forward to the “Black/Racer Blue” edition of the Awake NY x Air Jordan 5 collaboration later in 2025.

A Closer Look At The Awake NY x Air Jordan 5 “Black/Racer Blue”
The second Awake NY x Air Jordan 5 colourway showcases black leather uppers with “Racer Blue” highlights on the branding, inner lining, and shark-tooth midsole design. The shoe also features a “Metallic Silver” tongue, “White” midsoles, and “Clear” outsoles.
The remainder of the design is identical to that of the “Arctic Pink” pair, featuring redesigned A-shaped netting on the sides, co-branded tongues, and NY branding on the lateral ankle.

In contrast to its “Arctic Pink” counterpart, this colourway retains all the same stylish design elements but in a more versatile and understated style, making it a perfect addition to any sneaker collection.
Release Details
The “Black/Racer Blue” colourway will be available through Nike SNKRS and select retailers on September 19, 2025. However, pricing has not yet been revealed.
