As a significant milestone in its longstanding legacy, the Jordan Brand is set to mark its 40th anniversary by releasing several rare Air sneakers, including the stunning ‘Deep Royal Blue’ Air Jordan 1 High OG.

A Closer Look At The Air Jordan 1 High OG Rare Air “Deep Royal Blue”
An array of colours, including white, black, neutral grey, deep royal blue, and muslin, are used to dress the upcoming Rare Air sneaker. White leather makes up the sneaker’s base and ankle flap, while grey suede collars, a black tongue, a sail, and a black sole are also included in the design. However, the rare details that make this AJ1 pretty impressive include the distinctive Nike Air” Wings logo at the lateral collar and black Swooshes that gradually wear away to a red hue.
What We Like About The Sneakers
Although the colourway is simple, the Nike Air Wings emblem and wear-away Swooshes give the sneaker a distinctive touch that makes the design feel a little more special. But while we like this style, the Jordan Brands Rare Air collection does offer better alternatives.
Release Details
Nike SNKRS and select Jordan stores will carry the “Deep Royal Blue” colourway starting April 5, 2025. A wider range of sizes will be offered for this Rare Air release, with men’s sizes costing $180 USD and big kids, little kids, and toddler sizes costing $140, $85, and $70 USD, respectively.
