A Closer Look At The Sneaker
Escobar draws inspiration from a variety of Gucci’s iconic design elements. The red, black, and white Kingsnake motif, the renowned GG logo, and even the signature bee emblem all make an appearance.
The sneaker’s base features Gucci’s dark grey “GG” Supreme fabric, adorned with the iconic serpent graphic. The overlays are an exotic emerald green snakeskin, extending to the side Swooshes. This luxurious design is finished with Gucci’s signature bee embroidered onto the lace holder, complemented by a gold and pearl bee pendant on the tongue.
The pair sits atop a white midsole and green rubber outsole, accentuated by red stitching, creating a striking and cohesive aesthetic.
What We Like About The Sneakers
Although the design leans heavily towards Gucci’s aesthetic, we love the imaginative twist on this hypothetical collaboration. The unique “Serpent” theme, highlighted by the often overlooked Kingsnake detailing, truly sets this custom creation apart.
